Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to keep riding safely, and helps prevent damage before it occurs. Damen stocks a range of care and cleaning products to keep your gear in top shape. Proper maintenance ensures your clothing retains its protective and waterproof properties over time.
Washing
To get the most out of your motorcycle clothing, it needs to be washed correctly. Damen offers a professional cleaning service exclusively for leather motorcycle clothing, ensuring optimal material protection and preservation of fit. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned and the leather is nourished with a specialist conditioner. Textile motorcycle clothing can be washed at home in a washing machine using Techwash — a detergent specifically developed for technical waterproof fabrics.
Repair & Maintenance Rates
Rates vary depending on the material and the work required. Costs will always be determined on a personal basis, depending on your specific needs and the condition of your clothing.
Fixed rates apply for cleaning leather garments:
Jacket or trousers: €60
Race suit (one or two-piece): €100
Please note that textile garments can not be cleaned through our service. Should any damage be discovered during the cleaning process, we will consult with you to decide whether you'd like it repaired at the same time.
